Open Question: Kids and reincarnation?

Hey guys, I just have a quick questions to you parents out there. I just had a child about 3 years ago. My child finally started talking. She's been saying a bunch of strange things. For example, the other day she pointed a town in Idaho and stated that she used to live there. The wife and I were laughing but my daughter was completely convicted. She got angry, took out a pencil and paper and told me to call the number and ask for a joe. Just to make her happy, I called the phone number and got a "Joe." Freaked out, I told him what happened. My daughter told me to tell Joe that she was alright and that she's now all better after the car accident. Joe began to cry once I told him.
