Resolved Question: What kind of boat is this?

Okay so I know this question doesn't seem like it needs drama, but here's the story on why. My friends' daughters' father died about 4 months ago. They were together ten years ago, but it didn't work out. The only family he had was his daughter, so all of his belongings were left to her. They have to find out what all of his assets were worth, and he owned and lived in a houseboat. My friend lives here in Idaho, and he lived in California, so she is doing every thing long distance. She has a pink slip (?) that shows the year and builder, but I think the builder name is abbreviated. The pink slip says that it is a 1974 Ericsnyht, but that is all she knows. I tried to search for it online, but I couldn't find anything. Is there anyone out there that might know anymore? If so, that would be great! Thanks! Ericsnyht is what is listed under Builder.
